I used 29 license plates to create the George Thorogood license plate guitar. I chose him to represent Delaware because he’s still touring. I like to feature artists who are still out on the road, just like the license plates. I featured his number one hit, Bad to the Bone, on the face of the license plate guitar.

The B and the N in Bad to the Bone are from 1979 Michigan tags.
