I had to feature Willie Nelson for the state of Texas. He’s still out on the road, like the license plates, traveling the country. I featured his hit, Roll Me Up, on the front.

I used 27 colorful Texas tags to create this license plate guitar and to tell Willie’s story. I created a mosaic of Willie with his bandana out of license plates. It appears in the center hole

The Michigan tag is the L and the E in Roll Me Up.
